Shipping and Delivery
Once our fulfillment team has packed and shipped your order, you should receive an email confirmation with tracking.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order feel free to shoot us an email to email@example.com.
Does your tracking say "delivered" but you haven't received your package yet?
Start by checking in abnormal spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots.
Occasionally mail carriers will mark a packaged delivered before the package is actually left at your shipping address. Please allow 2 business days after your order is marked "delivered" to see if it arrives slightly later than expected.
If your package still hasn't arrived and you aren't having luck finding it then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form here. We'll get back to you ASAP!
Standard shipping on US orders is $4.49, but we offer free shipping on all US orders over $40!
International Shipping: We work with a variety of carriers to offer worldwide international shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout for international orders based on your location.
We aim to get the right product(s) sent out the first time, but we are only human and mistakes happen! We are so sorry if we sent you the wrong item and will get you the correct item ASAP.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with your Name, Order Number (#D-12345), a picture of the item you received, and a message about what you should have received. We'll reply ASAP and fix the issue!
If your order arrived broken:
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an image and your order number (#D-12345) so we can send you a replacement!
If your bracelet broke after wearing it:
Life happens! If your bracelet broke within 14 days of delivery we will send you a free replacement. If you are outside of the 14 day window, we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY - $4 Replacement on all bracelets! To request either replacement, please send us an email with what happened, a picture, and your order number (#D-12345). We will help you get the issue fixed ASAP!
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping!
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees.
Dorsal Bracelets holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of the order being placed. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive your order back. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Products must be unworn and not damaged.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Apparel, Metal Straws, Any Mystery Items, Sale Items or Subscriptions. When completing a return, if a product does not appear for selection please do not ship it to us. We will not refund if it is not available for selection.

We get it, life happens! Sometimes a bracelet will get scratched, damaged, or come untied. That's why every purchase includes our LIFETIME WARRANTY - $4 Replacement.
This means for just $4 we will replace your bracelet with a brand new one! The replacement will be the exact same bracelet as the original purchase unless we are sold out. If sold out, you may choose any bracelet of equal or lesser value as your replacement.
We can only issue a $4 Replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item. We're unable to replace lost or stolen items.
To claim your $4 Replacement, send us an email to email@example.com with your Order Number (#D-12345), Picture of Bracelet, and a note stating you would like the $4 Replacement!

No, store credit never expires even if you cancel your subscription.
Yes! Log into your account and you can redeem your store credit for a gift card. Gift cards can be stacked at checkout AND this gives you the ability to give your gift card to a friend if you would like.
Once you have purchased a Team Clean Ocean membership and made your account, simply log into your account and all product prices will automatically become 25% off. Your Team Clean Ocean discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
When you sign up for your Team Clean Ocean membership, $5 in store credit will immediately be applied to your account. After that, the $5 store credit will be applied on the same day you signed up.
(Example - you signed up March 15th. You will receive store credit on March 15th, April 15th, May 15th, etc.)
