Are there any extra costs to track an animal?
Nope — access to track one real marine animal is included with every bracelet. No subscriptions, hidden fees, or additional costs.
Does each bracelet come with its own animal?
Yes — each bracelet gives you access to adopt and track one animal of your choice. Want to track more? Collect more bracelets!
Do I need an app to use the bracelet?
Nope — no app required. Everything works right through your phone’s browser.
Is the bracelet waterproof?
Yes! It’s fully waterproof, reversible, and built for everyday wear — in the ocean, shower, pool, or wherever you go.
We recommend to not keep it submerged underwater for more than 1 hour.
Can I switch animals later?
Each bracelet links to one animal of your choice. To track a new one, you’ll need to collect a new bracelet. (They’re meant to be collectible!)
Is this a real animal I’m tracking?
Yes! Every animal is real and actively tracked by marine research organizations around the world.
Where do I tap my phone?
- iPhones: The NFC reader is near the top.
- Androids: The NFC reader is near the middle to top. (You may need to turn on the NFC reader manually. Settings > Connections > Turn on NFC Reader)
