If you are unhappy with your order you can exchange your bracelet for store credit or return your order for a refund within 21 days of the order being placed.
- Exchanges: Store credit will be issued as soon as we receive your order back. All exchanges are free of charge. Products must be unworn and not damaged.
- Returns: A refund will be issued as soon as we receive your order back. We deduct a flat $4 fee for the return shipping and handling. Products must be unworn and not damaged.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Metal Straws, Mystery Items, Apparel, Sale Items, Exclusives or Subscriptions.
